A Small Insight Into James And His Work Ethics
James has been operating world-wide in the Private Security Sector as a Close Protection Officer since 2009. In 2010, after successfully passing a vigorous recruitment process he was invited to join a Middle Eastern Royal Protection Team, then assigned as BG to one of the highest ranking memebers the family. During this period James developed a wealth of experience, earning a reputation for his outstanding operational standards that’s now recognised amongst companies, colleagues, and clients world-wide. This reputation has seen James being ‘head hunted’ by many companies and clients and providing protective services to some of the worlds most recognised names in Music, Fashion, Film and Tv.
James’s success is in the understanding that clients and their teams need to feel safe and comfortable in all areas of their life, this includes their Private, Social, and Business commitments and so naturally adapts his approach and profile to best suit the environment they are in, giving clients the confidence and reassurance that is often missed.

Reconnaissance
Reconnaissance is a key factor to all non-problematic operations, it gives the opportunity to learn venue/location and layout, develop relationships with staff, ensure any accreditation requirements are completed, gather important information, perform pre-arrival checks and fulfill client requests/likes.

Advance
Using an Advance Party is the safest way to ensure the arrival to a venue or location is precise and efficient. They will ensure that all pre-arrival checks and requests have been maintained, act as a chain of communication between the Personal Protective Operator and the venue, be a point of reference for drop-off and take the role as lead escort.

Personal Protection Operator (PPO)
The role of a PPO is to protect and safeguard a client and their reputation. They will establish a professional working relationship to provide a service that is specific to clients requirements and preferences. Be mindful and respectful of the knowledge that they will be exposed to sensitive and intimate parts of their professional and private lives.
